Paul Peos
Managing Director
A member of in In-Augural West Coast Eagles, Paul played 88 games for West Coast and Brisbane Football clubs. Post his playing career, Paul has coached WAFL team East Perth as well as holding senior coaching, selector and development positions with East Perth, Peel and Subiaco Football clubs. More recently, has been heavily involved in junior development in his role as Director of Football for Hale School, along with active promotion and development within the PSA competition.
Paul is an Authorised Representative of an Australian Financial Services Licence and hold an Australian Credit Licence with the experience to support our athletes’ complete financial needs. His success in the corporate world makes him the ideal mentor for developing athletes in matters of finance, investment and financial fundamentals.

Chris Waterman
Chris forged a remarkable VFL/AFL career post his success with WAFL club East Fremantle, playing 177 games including 3 Grand Finals and as a premiership player with West Coast in 1992 and 1994.
During 1999 & 2000 Chris was an Assistant Coach of the W.C.E.’S in the AFL competition and from 2001 to 2005 was an Assistant Coach of the Fremantle F.C. In the AFL competition, before being appointed as a Senior Coach in the W.A.F.L. Competition, firstly for the Peel Thunder F.C. From 2006 to 2009 and then for the Subiaco F.C. in 2010 & 2011.
Chris knows the game and broader professional sport better than most and is uniquely positioned to work with families and players, both already in the system as well as those looking to do so in supporting their understanding of the AFL industry.
Chris is our Director of Talent and Recruitment, actively involved in our interactions with clubs, recruitment staff and list managers

Chris Lewis
Welfare and Community
A member of the West Coast Hall of Fame and 2 time premiership player, Chris played 215 AFL after being drafted from Claremont Football Club. He has represented Australia on 3 occasions in the international rules series, before going on to work in development and coaching roles in football, culminating in a senior coaching position with Swan Districts Football club.
Chris was awarded the John Curtin Medal in 2000 for his role as an Indigenous leader and for his welfare work in the community. Curtin University provides an annual scholarship in his name for those who demonstrate a commitment to the indigenous community and academic potential.
Chris has forged a successful career with FMG in recent years and has been an active spokesperson regarding the support young players need to adjust to the AFL environment. This is particular pertinent to his role as our indigenous player welfare support.

Russell Waterman
Media and Marketing
A talented all round sportsmen, Russell played League football in the WAFL for East Fremantle Football Club as well as grade and representative cricket. This included WA representative XI matches against Pakistan and the West Indies. Russell has also worked for the WACA as a regional development officer.
In his professional career – there is not much about the media that Russell doesn’t know, having success with PMFM and 92.9 Perth based radio stations and more recently as Network Sales Manager with Red FM. This provides our athletes with un-precented networks in the media and extends them a remarkable opportunity for building their personal brand.
In this light, Russell plays an active role in accessing and developing opportunities for our athletes outside of the realms of the AFL/club requirements. His network is broad and at your fingertips!

Cameron Read
Director and AFLPA Accredited Agent
Cameron has an educational background in sports psychology and has worked with both the West Australian Football Commission and WACA in youth sport development roles, before moving to Melbourne where he is now actively involved in community football in the EDFL.
Professionally, Cameron is our internal corporate development expert with proven success in corporate coaching, leadership, presentation, branding and marketing – all opportunities extended to our athletes. His work with Front and Centre Training Solutions makes him uniquely placed to support athletes wanting to make the crossover to corporate Australia during or post their careers.
He is also involved in all player contract agreements, ASA and Independent Agreements along with AFLPA regulatory requirements.
